BATCo Meeting in Rome - Nella bella cittá

The 2nd consortium meeting and the 3rd Steering Group Meeting took place from the 8th to the 10th of June 2011 in Rome. All BATCo Project Partners attended this very important meeting. The ministry for the environment, land and sea, who is the responsible partner for the Working Package 4 organised this meeting in the premises of the transport ministry.
In addition to the status quo report another important topic was to determine the further procedure for the planned activities of all Working Packages and proposals for a better cooperation between the Project Partners for the further progress in the project. In the frame of the public event a high level speaker of the ministry inspired the participants with his speech.
The necessary resolutions were passed in the Steering Committee and it was agreed that there will be more work group meetings organised in order to discuss the further joint project implementation in detail and partner specifically.
After several working sessions, there was still time for a little sightseeing tour in Rome. The Trevi Fountain, among other things helped to cool the steaming heads of the attendees.
